Varolio MCP

Varolio MCP lets you access your workspace data — cases, threads, inboxes, organizations, and teams — from any AI tool that supports the Model Context Protocol.

What you can do

• Search and browse cases — find open cases, filter by status, template, or team
• Read email threads — access thread details, messages, and linked cases
• Explore organizations — query organizations and their associated cases
• Full-text search — search across all workspace data
• Track action items — get your pending action items and deadline alerts

Supported clients

Any MCP-compatible client works. We provide setup guides for:

• Cursor IDE
• Claude Desktop

How it works

1. Your AI client connects to mcp.varolio.io/mcp
2. OAuth 2.1 authentication opens in your browser
3. You pick a workspace and approve access
4. Tools appear in your AI client, scoped to your workspace and permissions

All data access respects the same permissions as your Varolio account — non-admin users only see their team's data.
