Functions

The SendGrid Plugin enables the listed actions and triggers

1. Trigger - New Phone Number

Trigger an automation when a new phone number is added to your Twilio account.

Fields - None.

2. Trigger - New Call

Trigger an automation when a new call is received or initiated.

Fields - None.

3. Trigger - New Recording

Trigger an automation when a new recording is created.

Fields - None.

4. Trigger - New SMS

Trigger an automation when a new SMS message is received.

Fields - None.

5. Action (Create) - Send SMS

Send an SMS message to a specified phone number.

Fields - you need to fill in the following fields for this function:

  • Display Name: The name you want to set for the node.

  • From Number: The phone number to send the SMS message from.

  • To Number: The phone number to send the SMS message to.

  • Message Body: The content of the SMS message to send.
